The property is all on ground floor level, except for one step from the kitchen down into the living room. All electric and gas heating system, bed linen and towels included. Internet access available. Log trug with kindling and fire lighters supplied.

With electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, washing machine and dining table with chairs (can seat 6).
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - Double bed, free standing wardrobe.
With bath and separate power shower, toilet and wash basin and heated towel radiator, with complimentary soaps and shower gel.
Enclosed mature garden with outdoor furniture and use of barbecue. On street parking. Dogs welcome at an extra charge of £20 per dog (maximum 2 dogs) Dog water bowl provided. No dogs on furniture or in bedrooms. No smoking in the property.

Rockdale Cottage is situated in the village of Scone, just a few miles north of Perth
Scone has a good local bus service, running into Perth every 10 mins, and there is the train station in Perth itself. Rockdale is a couple of minutes walk from the nearest shop, post box, doctors and pub.
Scone has 2 pubs with restaurants, 2 takeaways, a petrol station, 3 food stores, an Italian style cafe , chemists and vets.
